If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us, including quiz results, appointment reminders, and marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time; we may still need to send you transactional messages related to a call you've booked or a request you've made.

Quiz answers about your energy, health focus, or wellbeing are self-reported for coaching and content personalization purposes. They are not medical records, are not collected by a healthcare provider, and are not subject to HIPAA. See our Terms of Use for more on this.
