Goals. Freedom. ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site, taking a quiz, booking a call, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Karen Hollister is a wellness and life-pivot coach, not a licensed physician, dietitian, or mental health provider. Nothing on this site, in any quiz result, email, product description, or coaching conversation is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and none of it replaces the advice of a qualified medical professional. Always talk to your doctor before making changes to your diet, supplements, exercise, or medication, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication.
Testimonials and results shared on this site or by Karen's team reflect individual experiences. Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Portions of the Services describe a business or partnership opportunity ("Work With Me"). Any figures, testimonials, or stories about income, earnings, or results from that opportunity are individual experiences and are not typical. Building a business takes effort, and results depend on many factors specific to each person, including skill, effort, market conditions, and time invested. We do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money, or any money at all, by participating.
Our Pivot Readiness quiz and similar tools ask questions about your life stage, goals, and self-reported wellbeing to give you a more relevant snapshot and follow-up content. Your answers are self-reported, used for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, and are not a medical or psychological assessment.
If you book a call through our scheduling tool, we ask that you show up on time or reschedule in advance where possible. By submitting your phone number or email, you consent to receive calls, emails, and text messages from us related to your inquiry, the quiz, or our services, in line with our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, videos, quiz content, and the Dreams. Goals. Freedom. name and branding, belongs to Karen Hollister or her licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
The Services may link to or use third-party tools (such as our scheduling and CRM platform) that have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karen Hollister and Dreams. Goals. Freedom. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including any reliance on quiz results, coaching content, or product information.
